Job Position – Health & Safety Officer
Company Name – Oasis International School
Location – Al Ain, UAE
Oasis International School is seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Officer to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety systems, policies, documentation, and practices within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies
– Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis
– Ensure compliance with ADPHC & UAE regulations
– Maintain incident investigation and reporting records
– Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety & first aid compliance
– Manage health & safety documentation systems
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety (QFE 7) OR Bachelor’s Degree with NEBOSH & IOSH certifications
– Minimum 5+ years of experience
– Certified First Aider & Fire Fighter
– Knowledge of ADPHC electronic OSH reporting system
– Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
– Experience in schools or educational institutions
– Training in Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment & Hazard Analysis
