Job Position – Helpdesk & IT Support Specialist

To handle daily IT support operations while contributing to application support, infrastructure coordination, IT projects, and audit/compliance activities. Ideal for candidates with multi-domain IT exposure beyond desktop support.
Core Skills & Experience
-Strong experience in Helpdesk / Desktop Support (L1/L2)
-Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, network & access issues
-Exposure to application support and vendor coordination
-Basic understanding of infrastructure support (servers, networks, monitoring)
-Experience in IT operations, deployments, upgrades & testing
-Exposure to IT audit, compliance & documentation activities
-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, user administration & IT support tools
-Experience in government / regulated environments preferred
-Strong communication, customer service & problem-solving skills
