Job Position – Hospitality Platforms Support Executive – Level 2
Company Name – Mindtel Global
Systems: Oracle Simphony POS & Opera PMS (Fusion)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Location: Client Office – Dubai (Onsite)
Experience Required:
– 4+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Simphony POS (v2.x)
– 2+ years experience with Oracle Opera PMS (Fusion)
Key Responsibilities:
– Level 2 support for Simphony POS across multiple properties
– Configuration & support (EMC, R&A, Transaction Services, Menu Management)
– Incident handling, UAT & rollout support
– Level 2 support for Opera PMS (Reservations, Front Desk, Profiles, Cashiering)
– Troubleshooting integrations with Finance, CRM & channel managers
– Vendor coordination & integration calls
Skills:
– POS integrations with Finance / ERP / Inventory / BI
– Basic SQL knowledge
– Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Preferred:
– Hospitality / F&B group experience
– Oracle R&A knowledge
– UAE Driving License (plus)
