Job Position – Housekeeping Internship
Company Name – Nehal Hotel
Hiring for a dedicated and detail-oriented to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This internship offers hands-on training in hotel housekeeping operations and a real pathway into a long-term hospitality career — including visa sponsorship for top-performing interns.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Nehal Hotel’s quality standards
-Support daily room inspections and report maintenance issues
-Re-stock guest amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies
-Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces
-Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness
-Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
-Assist senior housekeeping staff with laundry and inventory management
-Learn standard operating procedures and 3-star service standards
Desired Skills & Expertise
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or related field (not mandatory)
-Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
-Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
-Good communication skills
-Willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude
-No prior experience required — training provided
