Join Marriott Executive Apartments Doha, Le Mirage City Walk, where we deliver world-class experiences every day. Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Role Objective
– Supervise all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and order across the property.
– Plan, assign, and monitor daily housekeeping activities.
– Manage budgets, supplies, and inventory efficiently.
– Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead and guide the housekeeping team while maintaining Marriott brand standards.
– Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
– Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
– Prepare and control the annual housekeeping budget.
– Coordinate with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniforms, and guest supplies.
– Oversee pest control and horticultural activities.
– Develop and implement housekeeping systems, procedures, and manuals.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence.
– Address and resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally.

Skills & Qualifications
– Mandatory: Previous experience with Marriott International or its brands in a similar role.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proven expertise in budgeting, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
– Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
