Job Position – HR & Admin Assistant
Company Name – Everest Pipeline
ADNOC Oil & Gas Project
Location: Fujairah, UAE
Responsibilities:
-Provide daily HR and administrative support for the project team
-Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and personnel documentation
-Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and timesheets
-Coordinate with manpower companies for employment, manpower deployement, salary payments, etc.
-Coordinate for visa, labor card, and other government-related matters
-Arrange medical and trainings for employees
-Arrange food, accommodation and transportation for employees
-Handle office administration, filing, correspondence, and reporting
-Support project management with general administrative tasks
-Ensure compliance with ADNOC project requirements and company policies
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR and Administration
-Experience in oil & gas or ADNOC projects is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Familiar with UAE labor law and ADNOC documentation procedures
-Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage)
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
