Role overview
Kings’ Education is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our HR team and support the delivery of efficient
HR services across our schools. The role will provide support across key HR processes including employee records, onboarding, HR systems, documentation, and general HR operations within a dynamic education environment. If you have a passion for HR, strong attention to detail, and are looking for an opportunity to build your experience within a leading education organisation, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
– Holds a bachelor’s degree, preferably CIPD qualified.
Experience
– Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
– Experience with HR software and databases.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
– Knowledge of UAE labour law.
– Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important tasks.
– Strong communication skills.
