Job Position – HR Administrator

Company Name – Pride Wealth

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
-Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

-Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

-Prepare HR-related documents

-Coordinate employee training and development programs.

-Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures.

-Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

-Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
– Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software systems.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
