To join Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. This role is ideal for an Emirati professional seeking to build a career in Human Resources within the education sector, while benefiting from flexible hybrid or remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of nursery and support staff
Maintain accurate employee records and staff files in line with EYFS and regulatory requirements
Track attendance, leave, and HR reports
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Respond to staff HR-related queries professionally and confidentially
Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) – this role supports Emiratisation
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Interest in HR within an EYFS / nursery / education environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work independently within a hybrid or remote setup
Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory
