Job Position – HR Coordinator

Support our HR operations and employee services.
Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end onboarding, including documents, offer letters, and inductions.
– Coordinate employee services such as family visas, employment letters, and HR confirmations.
– Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, PROs, and internal teams.
– Maintain accurate employee records (HR systems and files).
– Support daily HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
– Handle employee HR-related queries professionally and on time.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (BBA or equivalent).
– 1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
– Arabic speaker is preferred.
– Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR systems.
– Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
