Job Position – HR Executive
Company Name – Al Jaber Exchange
As part of our HR department, you’ll play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding, managing payroll, and supporting a compliant, efficient, and people-first workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conduct orientation and training programs for site personnel
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and compliance documentation
• Handle payroll, visa processing, and employee benefits
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and policy clarifications
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
• Facilitate Emiratization initiatives in line with UAE regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
