Job Position – HR Executive
Company Name – KTC International
To manage various HR functions such as payroll processing, leave management and employee dispute resolution etc. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with experience in the construction industry to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
– Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
– Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
– Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
– Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
Leave and Attendance Management:
– Monitor and manage leave records, ensuring adherence to company policies.
– Maintain attendance tracking systems and prepare related reports.
– Provide regular updates to management regarding attendance trends and leave balances.
Employee Dispute Resolution:
– Act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances and disputes.
– Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and propose effective solutions.
– Implement policies to foster a positive work environment and ensure employee compliance.
HR Records and Reporting:
– Maintain comprehensive employee records, including contracts, personal details, and performance data.
– Prepare regular HR reports for management, including payroll summaries, attendance reports, and employee satisfaction updates.
– Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR-related data.
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
– Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
– Conduct periodic audits to assess adherence to policies.
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 8-10 years of proven experience in HR roles within the construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of payroll systems, employee leave management, and dispute resolution processes.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
– Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance in the construction sector.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
