Job Position – HR Generalist

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR professional who can support our growing organization across key HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple HR priorities independently
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience within healthcare, consultancy, construction, or a professional services environment will be an advantage
Location: Dubai, UAE
