Hiring a dedicated and proactive to join our healthcare team and play a key role in driving our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
-Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
-Coordinate performance management and training programs
-Maintain HR records and documentation
-Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-3–5 years of HR experience (healthcare experience preferred)
-Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
