Job Position – HR Generalist
A Retail and beauty Industry here in Dubai
Must have experience in UAE
Salary – AED7,000 /monthly
Location: Al Qouz, Dubai
Work Hours: 8-10 hrs/daily
Work Days: 6 days a week,1 weekly off
Duration: After 3 months, possible absorption
-Responsible for recruitment of employees – preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
-Responsible for the on boarding process of the new hires
-Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
-Organize and maintain personnel records
-Update and maintain employees records along with its personnel documents filing (soft and hard copy)
-Responsible for processing company visas in coordination with the PRO/Visa Agent
-Processing of medical insurance of the staff
-Prepare and process the payroll
-Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures
-Responsible for the staff requirements with regards to their HR and Admin related request
-Knowledge in UAE Labor Law
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be vaccinated with 2 doses
-Must have valid residence visa with NOC, emirates ID and passport page copy
-Must be presentable and can work in a busy environment, knows how to converse well in English
