Key Responsibilities:
– Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and UAE Labour Law
– Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
– Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DOH/HAAD & industry regulations
– Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits (WPS compliance)
– Implement performance management & training programs across industries
– Manage HR operations, visa processing & HRIS Systems
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration
– 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial/group role in the UAE
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, healthcare compliance & construction manpower regulations
– Proven leadership, cross-cultural management & communication skills
