Job Description
For client in Abu Dhabi. Candidates handling, payroll, employee grievances, onboarding, etc, are required for this role.
– Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
– Provide counseling on policies and procedures
– Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
– Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
– Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including
but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and
investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
– Monitoring staff performance, and attendance and maintain payroll activities.
– Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
– Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
– Managing pensions and benefits administration.
– Develop training and development programs.
– Finalize the performance management processes.
– Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
– Maintain employee records, according to policy and legal requirements.
– Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
– Be a team player.
– To do any other task will be assigned to you by the company CEO or any of the company managers.
Salary : 5000-6000 AED.
