Job Position – HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with performance management, employee development, and appraisals.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, visa and employment regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Support HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters, contracts, and warning letters.
1 to 2 years of experience in UAE is a must
Good communication skills
Salary Upto 4000AED
