Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – Fala Road Contracting
To join team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the field of human resources.
Responsibilities:
As an experienced HR Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
– Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
– Developing job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable candidates
– Conducting interviews, candidate screenings, and reference checks
– Making recommendations on the final selection of candidates
2. Employee Relations:
– Implementing and monitoring employee relations programs and policies
– Addressing and resolving employee grievances and conflicts
– Providing guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions
– Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
3. Compensation and Benefits:
– Administering the company’s compensation and benefits programs
– Conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation trends
– Managing employee benefits enrollment and administration
– Providing guidance on salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses
4. Training and Development:
– Identifying training needs and developing appropriate training programs
– Organizing and delivering training sessions to employees and managers
– Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments
– Supporting career development initiatives
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Experience:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role in the UAE
– Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
– Experience working with multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment
2. Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
– Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are highly desirable
3. Skills:
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
