Job Position – HR Payroll / Officer
Company Name – Abu Dhabi National Carpet Factory
Location : Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
– Liaising with the PRO on all hiring matters and renewal of Visa, Labor Card, emirates ID, etc.
– Coordinates all travel arrangements for the company; researches and makes flight, hotel and rental car reservations in accordance with company policies and to obtain most economical and efficient travel. Creates travel itinerary and schedules in accordance with authorized travel requests.
– Coordinating with Insurance Company for any claims, re-issuing of card, renewal and cancellation.
– Creating and updating various personnel records in ERP – Oracle system.
– Contact local and foreign recruiting agencies and applicants for Company’s manpower requirement.
– Liaising with Outsource Companies for manpower requirements.
– Submitting attendance and checking invoices.
– Preparing Purchase Request & Receipt Traveler (ERP – Oracle) for any related Admin purchases both goods and services.
– Monitor staff attendance activities.
– Preparing monthly overtime report, attendance and assisting in payroll process.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
