Hiring for a motivated and experienced to join our Home Health Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified healthcare professionals, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while supporting the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare positions.
Sourced, screened, interviewed, and onboarded candidates.
Recruited DHA-licensed healthcare professionals and support staff.
Verified candidate documents and DHA licenses.
Processed DHA license applications and renewals.
Prepared employment offers and onboarding documents.
Maintained recruitment records and talent pipeline.
Prepared warning letters and HR documentation.
Ensured compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Coordinated with departments to fulfill staffing requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
Experience recruiting DHA-licensed healthcare professionals is an advantage.
Knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Odoo).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
