Job Position – HR Specialist
Company Name – Mannesmann Energy
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Oil & Gas
UAE-based candidates who can join immediately are strongly preferred.
Arabic-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Min 10 years experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial sector is highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law.
– Experience handling employee records, HR documentation, employment contracts, and personnel matters.
– Professional communication, coordination , and report skills.
– CHRP, CHRM, or other recognized HR certifications are highly preferred.
