Job Position – HSE Officer

Job Location : Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 4000 – AED5000
Qualification:
Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or a related field
equivalency certificate
Minimum 5 years’ relevant construction HSE experience
OSHAD Registration
NEBOSH Dip Level 6 or equivalent such as OTHM Dip Level 6
NEBOSH qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety)
ISO45001:2018 Lead Auditor Certificate.
ADDC Competency is mandatory with ADDC / TAQA propjets.
Holding Certificate from approved First Aid Training Providers or training Courses in compliance with OSHAD SF/COP 4.0 First Aid and Medical Treatment
Job Summary
Ensure Implementation of HSE policy, plan, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice, and relevant standards.
Conduct site safety Inductions, toolbox meetings, and in-house trainings.
Assess risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
Maintain safe working conditions by conducting periodic inspections of the equipments, tools, fire extinguishers, and the worksite and correcting any deficiencies.
Monitor site welfare facilities, housekeeping activities, and manual handling activities.
Prepare HSE reports, maintain proper records, and perform root cause analysis for incident/accident
Ensure all accidents and personal injuries are reported and documented to the management.
Promote and reinforce safe behaviors across projects and job sites.
Handle site waste management and manage the provision of site first aid.
