HSE Officer

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE

Candidate Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
-NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or an equivalent HSE certification is preferred
-Experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or factory environments is an advantage
-Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ISO 45001, and workplace safety requirements
-Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

-Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, UAE regulations, and food manufacturing safety standards
-Conduct routine HSE inspections, workplace audits, and risk assessments
-Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions
-Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training for employees
-Monitor PPE compliance, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and safe work practices
-Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident logs, and statutory documentation
-Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations
