Job Position – HSE Supervisor
Company Name – Jereh Group
Location: Dubai / Middle East Region
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Jereh’s HSE Management System aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and API Q1 standards.
Supervise day-to-day HSE operations at factory and project sites to ensure compliance with UAE and Middle East safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations; prepare related reports and corrective action plans.
Assist in developing and delivering multilingual safety training (English, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese, etc.) for employees and contractors.
Monitor and record HSE performance indicators, promote behavior-based safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and admin teams to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (equipment manufacturing experience preferred).
Familiar with UAE HSE regulations, ISO standards, and Middle East local safety practices.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese or Arabic will be an advantage.
Holder of recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
