Job Description:
Hiring an experienced and dedicated HR Officer with a strong background in the construction industry to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with local labour laws, performance management, and providing overall HR support to the construction team and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
Education: any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and HR practices within the construction sector.
