Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the UAE (F&B or retail background is a plus).
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English (essential for local labor relations and government portals).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, Tawteen/Emiratization policies, and WPS.
Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice.
