Job Position – Human Resources Specialist

Location: Industrial Area No. 11, Sharjah, UAE (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Weekly Off: Sunday
Google Maps Location: YKM International LLC Sharjah
Responsibilities
– Develop, implement, and manage HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
– Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
– Manage recruitment processes with speed and efficiency, ensuring a quick turnaround in hiring top talent.
– Handle onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel administration.
– Provide strategic support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture enhancement.
– Ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
– Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
-MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
-Proven expertise in HR management, policies, and personnel administration.
-Strong recruitment skills with a focus on hiring efficiently and effectively.
-Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and UAE labor laws.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
-Knowledge of industrial applications related to wire mesh products (preferred).
