JD as below,
Oversee and manage preventive and corrective and breakdown maintenance activities, monitor plant performance, and provide technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance activity

• Supervise maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor HVAC system performance and take corrective action on abnormalities
• Manage daily activities and coordinate across departments for smooth operations
• Review and recommend improvements to SOPs, processes, and instructions
• Lead emergency response actions during the emergency maintenance requirement as per company procedures
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with client standards
• Support troubleshooting and corrective measures for process issues
• Coordinate with Maintenance for safe and timely completion of activities
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
