Job Position – HVAC Technician
Company Name – Holford Facilities Management
3-5 Years Experience with driving license is a plus factor.
If you have hands-on experience and a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Respond to service calls and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with Split, Package, VRV systems
Chiller experience is an added advantage
Manual driving license mandatory
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications or technical training preferred
