Job Description:
• Should have atleast 7+ years of total experience.
• Plan, install, and configure Guardium appliances and agents for 200+ critical databases
• Validate network connectivity, agent deployment, and database communication paths
• Perform automated discovery scans to identify unmanaged databases and critical data tables.
• Collaborate with DBAs and application owners to validate scope and ownership
• Design security policies aligned to compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, etc.) and other internal monitoring requirements.
• Deploy policies for user monitoring, sensitive data access, and external connections.
• Ensure policies support audit, forensics, and incident detection needs
• Enable DAM to track SQL activity, user behavior, and privileged access attempts
• Configure real-time alerts, anomaly detection, and behavioral baselining
• Implement sensitive data classification and critical object monitoring
• Continuously refine policies to minimize false positives, noise and other performance considerations.
• Use statistical analysis to adjust thresholds and event correlation rules.
• Periodically review alert data, rule hits, and performance metrics for improvement
