Job Position – IBS Project Technical Delivery

Are you a technical leader with experience in project delivery and a passion for ensuring smooth operations?
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project delivery and maintenance team, ensuring stable service operation without accidents and complaints.
What you’ll do:
Execute project plans and provide technical leadership
Lead the project delivery and maintenance team
Ensure stable service operation without accidents and complaints
Develop and maintain project standards for site solutions
Lead design and LLD review, PCE, and other project documentation
Analyze delivery contract margins and manage scope changes based on customer requirements
Foster strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders (product managers, project team, CEG, etc.)
What you bring:
3+ years of service delivery experience in the ICS domain (experience with wireless & IBS preferred)
1+ year of experience as a project TD
Strong understanding of lampsite and DAS solutions, including hardware specifications
Experience with DTRB/DRB processes and technical support for pre-sale projects
Basic understanding of IP protocols and configuration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points:
Experience with 3G/4G/5G wireless products and passive components
Experience with delivery contract margin analysis
