Job Position – IT Administrator
Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)
Salary: AED 4000– 5000aed (depending on experience)
With strong hands-on knowledge in call center IT systems to join team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and maintain PBX systems for call center operations
-Manage and troubleshoot VoIP & SIP configurations
-Handle CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring
-Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
-Ensure system security, uptime, and smooth communication operations
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
-Strong knowledge of PBX configuration, VoIP, and SIP protocols
-Hands-on experience with CCTV systems
-Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
-Ability to troubleshoot independently and work under pressure
-Experience in a call center environment is a strong advantag
