Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
-4–7 years of hands-on experience in #IT #Support / #DesktopSupport / End User Computing or similar role.
-Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.
-Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ ABM, and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and #ActiveDirectory.
Job Description
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and application problems.
Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.
Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ ABM,JAMF, Next Think and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and Active Directory.
