Job Position – IT Administrator

Qualification – Degree in BSC computer Science or Equivalent
Experience – At least one year.
Responsibilities – IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards.
Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
Recommend system improvements.
Communicate with the hotel Business Centre Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements.
Administration and Monitoring of Window server and Client Environments.
Managing LAN,WAN,& WLAN.
Meet Departmental Heads and Clients to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
Manage Backup and Security.
Those who have good knowledge in Property Management software( IDS)have more Preference.
