Job Position – IT Administrator
Company Name – Ability
Location: Dubai Outsource City
Requirements:
1. Azure Server Monitor and administration (IIS, SQL, Azure AD)
2. Exchange Online/ Microsoft 365 Administration
3. Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
4. Maintain Active Directory – user accounts, workstation accounts, groups, group policy, WSUS
(Windows Update), Backup.
5. Maintain and monitor users, network and system security.
6. Maintain system efficiency and troubleshoot problems.
7. Make recommendations for future upgrades.
8. Manage and Monitor Hyper V infrastructure
9. Administer Exchange Server 2010, mailbox and domains.
10. Manage and monitor the backup of database and files
11. Manage and configure the IPSEC VPN connections
12. Manage and monitor NAS/SAN
13. Evaluate and modify system’s performance.
14. Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
15. Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with
technical considerations.
16. Design and deploy networks.
17. Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
18. Maintain and or deploy network servers such as file servers, Print Server, intrusion detection
systems.
19. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software
deployment, security updates and patches.
20. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
21. Maintain logs related to network functions as well as maintenance and repair records.
22. Administer SQL Server, web servers for smooth operations and business continuity
23. Maintain hardware inventory, Windows licensing
24. Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation
25. Documentation for Information Security for ISO Audit
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-4 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience managing a large Microsoft Windows
server environment; Strong experience with Windows 2012
2. Azure Server monitoring and Administration
3. Experience with TCP/IP networking and firewall administration.
4. Experience with Windows 2016/2019 a plus.
5. Solid knowledge and strong experience with TCP/IP networking
6. Solid Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016)
7. Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS and
DHCP
8. Solid knowledge and experience with firewalls (cisco/ Fortinet)
9. Working knowledge and experience with virtual Machine infrastructure
