Job Position – IT Administrator
Company Name – Everest
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
– Monitor network performance and security, troubleshoot network problems, and optimize network settings.
– Maintain and update server software, including patches, upgrades, and backups.
– Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
– Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
– Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Setting up accounts for new users (email, telephone, Biometric etc….)
– Communicating with Tawjeeh, Tadbeer Technical support team to configure new services or to solve in technical issues.
– Setup and fix the cam, switch & decoder for CCTV system as the requirement specifications of the company.
– Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
