Job Position – IT Administrator
Company Name – Sharjah International Private School
Looking for a qualified and experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the school’s technology infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, and provide efficient IT support to staff and students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
– Ensure cybersceurity, data protection, and regular backups
– Manage users, permissions, and access controls
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices
– Provide technical support to staff and students
– Manage school email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other digital platforms
– Ensure smooth operation of school systems including CCTV, access control, and communication systems
– Monitor system performance and ensure data security compliance
– Coordinate with vendors and service providers
– Plan and implement IT policies and procedures
– Support digital learning initiatives and school websites
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT Administrator in a school in UAE
– Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity
– Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and school management systems
– Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, CEH, or equivalent) – Preferred
– Knowledge of UAE data protection laws and cybersecurity best practices
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
