Job Position – IT Administrator
Company Name – Al Jazeera International Catering
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and system security.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network devices.
Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and on-site assistance. (24*7)
Monitor and maintain backups, system updates, and patching schedules.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.(Active Directory, O365, ERP, HRMS etc.)
Ensure cybersecurity standards and best practices are implemented and followed.
Oversee IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, maintenance, and support services.
Support cloud-based services and applications. (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace)
Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ERP, O365.
Experience with networking technologies. (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
