IT/Apple Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. She is responsible to perform regular check-ups or inspections in networking devices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV related peripherals.
2. Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues.
3. Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices.
4. Setting up Apple devices (Laptop, IPAD, Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems including other peripherals
5. Doing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if required
6. Setting up projectors, and sound systems as per request.
7. Setting up gaming devices for the kids for their personal use & Events.
8. Installation & updating of application software as required with management approval.
9. Setting up the operating system (windows XP,7,8 & 10,11 & MAC OSX)
10. Assist in the actual events for technicalities and sometimes printing/laminating/labelling
11. Perform any other related duties as required and asked by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
2. Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
3. Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
4. Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
5. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
