REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
-3–5 years of experience in IT/Application Support
-Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
-Good knowledge of SQL & database troubleshooting
-Experience with application monitoring and ticketing tools
-Understanding of APIs, web applications & system integrations
-Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments is an advantage
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-UAE-based candidates preferred
-Immediate joiners will be given preference
