Having experience 4 to 5 years as per below.
Manage Engine Service desk IT Asset module or any IT Asset tools.
MS Excel,
IT asset inventory stock,
Bar code tagging etc.

Below is detailed JD.

Accountable and responsible to keep Assets Registry up to date and health status in terms of: Periodic check on all assets which include. Asset Agent installation healthy status, Physical Checks, Site Visit, Validate proper assets ownership mapping, Division, site, status.

-Accountable on Assets Registry integrity where all Summary count for each Division, site, owner must be accurate
-Matching Physical count with CMDB / Asset Registry
– Accountable on Assets handing/Take over Assets in employee off-boarding process.
– Insure Proper Structure & Classification for Product, Assets, CMDB.
• Accountable on Monitor Software Licenses, Compliance, Unauthorized application
• Control Moving Assets

Location: Dafza, Dubai
Duration : 1 year extendable
Salary : 7,000 AED
