Job Position – IT Assistant

Location – Doha, Qatar
Looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Assistant to provide first-level technical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization’s IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
– Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
– Troubleshoot network, VPN, Wi-Fi, email, and hardware/software issues.
– Respond to IT support tickets and escalate complex issues when necessary.
– Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up devices and user accounts.
– Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and ensure software and antivirus updates are applied.
Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
– Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi).
– Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage.
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
– Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
