Job Position – IT Assistant
Company Name – Emirates Glass
Join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, servers, and cabling)
-Set up and support networks, including Ethernet, CCTV, and wireless systems
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Manage and update network configurations, user access, and documentation
-Assist employees with software installation and technical support
-Repair and maintain IT hardware and devices
-Support IT procurement and install required software/applications
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
-2–5 years of relevant IT support experience
-Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system configuration
-Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
