Job Position – IT Assistant / IT Support

Location – Muscat – Oman

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Information Technology Assistant to support our IT department and help ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems while delivering excellent technical support to our team.

Industry: Hospitality

Experience: 1–3 years in IT Support, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows operating systems
– Experience providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
– Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, CCTV, Access Control, and related applications) is an advantage
– Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of the Oman hospitality market is an advantage
