Job Position – IT-Business Analyst
Company Name – Finesse Direct
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration – 6 months and extendable
Experience – 10-12 years WITHIN UAE and banking sector
Domain – Payment and core banking system is a must
Principal BA, CB Application, ICCS app, UFTS, IPI, IPP, AANI
Technology advisor and subject matter expert on Corporate Banking /Retail Banking/ Enterprise support functions business especially on (Cash Management, Liquidity, Channel Banking, Trade Finance, Cards, Assets & Liabilities, HR functions, Finance etc., as applicable)
-10-12 years of experience as a BA in the relevant specialization
-Comprehensive knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies like SDLC e.g. Waterfall, Iterative (Agile/Scrum)
-High Level of proficiency in Technology like Data base structure, OOP
-Proven ability in Reporting Tools, BPM tools, Testing tools, Requirement management tools, Prototyping tools
-Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
-Evidence based experience in meaningful business impact through analytical prowess
-Can act as Senior Product Owner in Agile practices
-Track record of driving uplift in an organization’s BA practice, highly visible in the internal BA community
-Able to attract external talent
