Job Position – IT & CRM Manager
Company Name – Hemnet Properties
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for CRM systems and real estate technology?
What You’ll Do:
- Implement, Manage and optimize our Bitrix24 CRM platform
- Ensure seamless lead tracking and follow-ups across the sales funnel
- Generate actionable insights and reports for senior management
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and provide hands-on tech support
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve CRM functionality
- Would be able to work with Microsoft 365 admin panel.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in the real estate industry
- Strong experience with Bitrix24.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, user support, and data analysis
- Organized, solution-driven, and strong cross-functional communicator
