Job Position – IT Desktop Engineer

Driving License is mandatory

Responsibilities:
– Preparing & Managing of Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Handheld Scanners, Documents Scanners, re-weigh equipment and smart phones and devices.
– 2nd level IT technical support to end users.
– Service Desk tickets management, assignment of tickets, follow up with global teams until resolution.
– Effectively handling of helpdesk calls and email communications.
– Taking full ownership and being responsible by providing end to end support.
– Meeting rooms AV support.
– Communicating with external vendors to lay down exact requirement and placing new orders on procurement portal.
– Good English communications skills to handle our VIP end users.
– Sound knowledge with Microsoft Products, like M365 and Windows10.
– Effectively providing Software and Applications support.
– Setting up AVAYA SIP telephone systems for call center, troubleshooting and constantly providing instant solutions.
– Providing remote support and troubleshooting over telephone, WhatsApp, or by visiting affected sites.
