Job Position – IT Desktop Support Technician
Company Name – Sky Systems
Location : Riyadh, KSA (Onsite)
This position is to cover an existing primary Engineer whenever they are going on leave, so the candidate should be ready to take ownership quickly with minimal ramp-up.
-Type: Backfill Role (Part Time)
-Experience: 2–3+ Years
-Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Key Skills Required:
-Desktop Support / Break-Fix
-Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals)
-Windows OS (Mac/Linux is a plus)
-Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP)
-Smart Hands support (network & IT hardware)
-Ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy)
-LAN/WAN & cabling troubleshooting
-Problem management & repeat issue analysis
What We’re Looking For:
-2–3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
-Strong troubleshooting & customer-handling skills
– Ability to work onsite and handle physical equipment
-Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred)
