Job Position – IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities
– Provide first-line and second-line IT support for end users.
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
– Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.).
– Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
– Perform basic network management (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, etc.).
– Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure security best practices.
– Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience (experience in UAE is an advantage).
– CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
– Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
